Who it’s for

Designed for the people already keeping track of everything.

For families who have ever sat in a waiting room trying to remember what happened last time.

Moms and caregivers

For the person who remembers the fevers, medicines, appointments, school calls, and late-night changes.

Families managing ongoing care

For households tracking recurring symptoms, care routines, chronic conditions, or longer health stories.

Families tracking body changes

For tracking hormonal shifts, body signals, unexplained aches, and the small things we sometimes overlook.

Busy households

For families who need one clear place for health notes instead of scattered texts, memory, and screenshots.

How it works

Simple health tracking for the real life of a family.

Log what happened. Look back clearly. Bring the details with you when you need them.

01

Track what happened

Log symptoms, illnesses, care notes, and medications for each household member, organized into one simple timeline you can look back on.

02

Notice what repeats

Acesa surfaces patterns in what you’ve logged — symptoms that keep coming back, or tend to show up together.

03

Bring the details with you

Pull what you need into one clear, organized summary for appointments or caregivers.

04

See the whole household

Each person’s notes stay private and separate, with the option to see what’s happening across the family.

Inside the app

What a real month with Acesa looks like.

Log what happened, see it on a calendar, and look back when life gets loud — one private place for the whole household.

These examples are fully interactive. Each phone shows more than fits on its screen — scroll inside a phone to see the whole thing, and use the Dark / Light toggle to switch views. Swipe or scroll sideways to move between all four phones. The four screens are stacked below — keep scrolling to see each one.

Interactive previews shown with example data. Acesa does not diagnose.

Finally, somewhere I can keep all of my family’s health information without stressing about losing the details that matter.

Our story

“I built Acesa because I needed it. Four kids, fourteen years of carrying it all in my head, and no calm place that understood what it actually feels like to manage a family’s health.”

Kassandra Nolan   Founder, Acesa Health   Mother of four, San Francisco

Acesa is the tool I wished existed then, and it’s the one I reach for now whenever any of my four children, my husband, or I get sick.
