2. What Acesa is
Acesa is a local-first family health memory app. It helps you keep health notes, symptoms, illness timelines, and care details on your phone or tablet. Acesa does not require an account, login, or cloud storage of your family’s health logs.
3. Not medical advice
Acesa is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment, or emergency services. Information in Acesa is for personal organization and memory support only. Always contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or concerns.
4. Emergencies
Do not use Acesa for emergencies. If you believe someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek urgent medical care.
5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding what to share with caregivers or healthcare providers. Acesa helps you organize notes on your device, but it cannot verify that your entries are complete, accurate, or clinically relevant. You are also responsible for keeping your device — and any passcode you set in the app — secure.
6. Early product
Acesa is in early development. Features may change, break, be removed, or be unavailable. We are still learning what families need and improving the product.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Acesa, interfere with the app or website, upload harmful code, or use Acesa for unlawful purposes.
8. Privacy
Your use of Acesa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your health data.
9. Ownership
Acesa, including its design, content, name, branding, software, and related materials, belongs to Acesa Health or its licensors. You retain ownership of the information you choose to enter on your device.
10. Feedback
If you share feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow Acesa to use them to improve the product without obligation to compensate you.
11. Disclaimers
Acesa is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that Acesa will always be available, error-free, or fit for every purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Acesa Health is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, beta, or app.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as Acesa grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
