Do not use Acesa for emergencies. If you believe someone may be experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek urgent medical care.

You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding what to share with caregivers or healthcare providers. Acesa may help organize your notes, but it cannot verify that your entries are complete, accurate, or clinically relevant.
