Privacy Policy

Last updated May 18, 2026

Your family’s health notes deserve care.

This Privacy Policy explains what Acesa collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Acesa Health is a family health memory and intelligence platform. Acesa is not a medical provider and does not offer medical advice or diagnosis.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, beta signup answers, support messages, household profiles, family member display names or nicknames, symptoms, illness notes, care notes, medications you choose to log, and other health-related notes you enter into Acesa.

We aim to collect only what is needed to provide Acesa. You should not enter emergency medical information into Acesa as your only record.

2. Account and authentication information

If you create an account, we may use account information such as your email address to sign you in, communicate with you, provide support, and protect your account.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Acesa, organize your family health notes, support beta testing, respond to questions, maintain security, and understand what features are helpful.

4. Health notes and family records

Health notes you enter are intended to help you remember and organize what happened. Acesa may help surface observations based on your logs, but it does not diagnose, treat, predict, or replace medical care.

5. Voice Capture and widgets

Acesa Voice Capture is being designed as a user-initiated feature. It is not intended to listen in the background. When used, voice input may be turned into a draft health event for you to review, edit, confirm, or discard.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal health information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Acesa, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, email, and customer support tools. These providers are expected to use information only to help us provide the service.

7. Aggregated or de-identified information

In the future, Acesa may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand broad product usage, improve features, or support privacy-conscious research or insights. We will not describe data as anonymous unless we have taken appropriate steps to reduce re-identification risk and the data is no longer reasonably linkable to a person or household.

8. Security

Acesa uses modern infrastructure practices, including encryption in transit and at rest where supported by our service providers. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

9. Data control

You may request deletion of your account or information by contacting support@acesahealth.com. Some information may be retained when required for security, legal, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

10. Children’s information

Acesa is designed for parents and caregivers to manage family health notes. Children should not create accounts or submit information without a parent or guardian.

11. HIPAA and future healthcare partnerships

Acesa is currently designed as a consumer family health memory tool. If Acesa later partners with healthcare organizations or handles regulated clinical data, we plan to move toward HIPAA-ready infrastructure, appropriate agreements, expanded audit controls, and legal compliance review.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Acesa grows. When we make important changes, we will update the date above and provide notice when appropriate.
